All rental Terms & Conditions are stated in AirBnb Policy and will be enforced as such and can be found at: https://www.airbnb.com/terms

All renters are held responsible for their personal belongings, and any damage they may occur to the rental and will be taken from the initial deposit or will be added to after based on the amount of damage done

Any extra fees that renters are responsible for are as follows: Damaged Items within the confines of the rental property, Any extra cleaning caused by extreme stains, spills or accidents, Any stolen items on premises, any rental or purchases via Amazon Fire Stick, & Any blatant damage to pool, pool accessories, pool architecture or pool controls

All properties HAVE NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY and are not responsible for supplying any PFD’s (Personal Flotation Devices) while renting
